There’s a new question on the “wall” under the portrait of John C. Calhoun in the lobby of Cooper. This week Cooper wants to know…Why did you come in to the library today?
We’ve had a variety of reason posted to the wall. Tell us why YOU came in today!
We have run out of South Carolina state tax forms.
We received far few paper forms this year. The State Department of Revenue is pushing their electronic forms/e-filing options, and will only mail booklets to residents upon request. There are sheets explaining how to access state tax forms on the table in the lobby.
South Carolina tax forms can be found here.
There’s a new question on the “wall” under the portrait of John C. Calhoun in the lobby of Cooper. This week Cooper wants to know…If President Barker dumped the entire contents of Cooper Library onto the lawns…what would you ask him to bring back inside to keep?
We’ve already had some great answers posted on the wall.
Please give us yours!
The 11th annual Race to the Rock: The President’s Race for the Library is coming up in March. Saturday, March 27 to be exact. You don’t want to miss it!

Check out the new exhibit in Cooper Library. It features two lesser-known Libraries’ collections, one new and one newly renovated.
The Documenting the Clemson African American Experience, a digital collection is in the development stages. This exhibit will document African American life, work, history, and culture at and around Clemson.
The second collection in this exhibit is the Media Center in Tillman Hall. All of the books and materials in the Media Center can be search in the library’s catalog. Now you can see a small selection of those materials in the exhibit.
Read more about the new exhibit here.
The Oxford English Dictionary’s definition of exegesis: Explanation, exposition (of a sentence, word, etc.); esp. the interpretation of Scripture or a Scriptural passage.
If you are working on your exegesis project for Religion 302 and need some help, the library has several sources you can use. Look at the Religion Research Guides page and you’ll find this guide, “Sources for Bible Passage Exegesis.” It will open a pdf.
If you still need help, please do not hesitate to contact the Religion librarian, Pam Draper. You can reach her at pdraper@clemson.edu or at 656-6374 or in her office, Room 404B on the 4th floor in the back of the Reference Area.
